Today at illusive Cube, we would like to Congratulate Bec on her ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY with the Company. Bec works in our Adelaide location as our HR/Admin/Office Manager... let's just say she runs the show :-)

Bec has given us her top 10 tips she's learnt since starting with the Company in April last year...
BEC’s Top 10 Tips on Keeping your ATTITUDE
1. BE STUBBORN
I don’t like being wrong or getting things wrong so I will keep doing it
until I get it right!
2. HAVE GOALS
Since I started I have been to Fraser Island, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne,
Hamilton Island + in the future NZ, Thailand, NY. Plus saving to buy a house.
3. ACCOUNTABILA-BUDDY,
Having someone to bounce ideas off, have a quick vent to or steal ideas from is GREAT. Helps me keep my attitude to vent what I am stressed/frustrated with get
it off my chest then head down, bum up straight back into it.
4. NETWORK
Being able to get in contact with others in the same situation as you is invaluable,
Not only to get great contacts but also ‘borrow’ some different attitudes.
5. MY PLANNER
I should call it my bible! Without it I would constantly be a neg head.
6. INCENTIVES
I would be lying if I said these didn’t help me! Everyone loves a perk every now + then.
7. MUSIC
Playing my favorite song or cd helps me stay happy during the day when things are sometimes chaotic.
8. TAKE A BREAK
My lunch break is important...gives me a break when I really need it + makes sure I actually eat lunch to give me energy for the rest of the day.
9. CREATIVITY
It’s what relaxes me, making posters + helping with branding/marketing ideas.
10. VARIETY
Each day is NEVER the same, although my planner does make sure all the work
Gets done the same way, you never know what will pop up! Keeps me on my toes.
